The demands of such a role are enormous and require managing life and death scenarios every day and monitoring and caring for patients in the Intensive Care Unit. I was a bit nervous, Dr Mahsa was lovely, she couldn’t of been more professional and kind. I had nose threads and the procedure was quick and apart from a bit of discomfort with the anaesthetic, the rest was totally pain free. I am 3 days post treatment and still a bit swollen but other than that everything has been very smooth and I feel fine. I’m excited to see the settled results. Would I recommend, 100% yes.
First time I every had any treatment and it was a brilliant experience, The Dr was very Calm and compassionate and clear. I read about a treatment threading but she said I didn’t need it and suggested fillers and fat dissolving which has work for me, definitely go again even though it took me over 2hours to get there.

On a serious note … permenant threads are made of silicone. No Nylon Cog threads have been manufactured as far as my reach can find. The conversation in this space is rapidly declining. Everything seems to be dangerous in the eyes of these types of surgeons except the most dangerous thing itself. Surgery. Don’t do filler, don’t do this laser but do the one I own shares in … don’t do sculptra, now do sculptra … it’s a never ending goal post of capitalist manipulation. Medicine is practiced differently in the US, I get that but sadly those standards are becoming global. Women are being manipulated at ground breaking speed to put their lives at risk so these types of surgeons can line their pockets with hundreds of thousands at a time. Duty isn’t the only factor looking blurry anymore, it’s public misinformation on a global scale. The conversation needs to change.
